Metra Rowe

There's a version of herself Metra spent years editing before she spoke. Growing up as a Middle Eastern woman, the script was clear: get a good education, then step back. Don't rock the boat. Don't take up too much space.

Then she decided she was done with that script.

She built a career against everything she'd been told was possible, moving through marketing, sales and L&D before finding her purpose: leading people through the kind of change that shifts culture and creates spaces where everyone has a genuine chance to be heard.
